Out-of-state enrollment fees to this year’s Pennsylvania Women Firefighters’ Training Weekend, scheduled for April 22-23, will be waived for out-of-state-students, according to Pennsylvania State Fire Academy Curriculum Specialist Rita Wessel.

In order to give Pennsylvania students first preference, however, out-of-state applications will be held until April 7. Any vacancies in classes after that date will be offered to out-of-state students on a first-come, first-served basis.
