Bullard debuts NFPA 1801-compliant thermal imager

Bullard recently introduced its T4N, a thermal-imaging camera designed to meet the most recent edition of NFPA 1801. Equipped with Technology Optimization Package (T.O.P.) for enhanced display and engine integration, the T4N ofers a widescreen video display with vivid scene dynamics.

The T4N is rated Class I, Division 2 for use in hazardous locations. The thermal imager offers users two operational modes — basic and basic plus — and features patented Electronic Thermal Throttle technology and Super Red Hot colorization. Electronic Thermal Throttle reveals hidden fires and distinguishes hotter objects, while Super Red Hot gives firefighters the ability to see heat levels by color.

The imager integrates an ultra-high-resolution 320 x 240 infrared engine with a 4.3-inch widescreen LCD and 2X and 4X digital zoom.
