System Planning Corp., based in Arlington, Va., has been
awarded a contract by the U.S. Navy to conduct a comprehensive
evaluation of fire department services at Navy installations.
SPC’s TriData division, a fire and emergency preparedness
consulting organization, will complete a detailed analysis and
evaluation of the delivery of base fire and emergency services and make
recommendations for improving fire and emergency services readiness
