Resort Reservations

A room block for the nights of April 28-May 1, 2012 has been established at the Arizona Grand Resort for Station Style Conference attendees and sponsors at the rate of $169 per night plus taxes (Resort Services Fee is waived for Station Style Conference Guests, see below for more details.)

Reservations can be made online using the link below or by calling the resort directly at 1.877.800.4888. Please mention that you are with the “Station Style Conference” to receive the special discounted rate.

The cut-off date for reservations is Friday, April 6, 2012. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the resort’s prevailing rates. Please book early to ensure rate and space availability! Space is limited and the room block might sell out prior to the cut-off date!

Resort Details

Resort Services Fee (WAIVED for Station Style Conference Guests--$30 VALUE/per day):
• Valet and self-parking
• Unlimited local calls (Not applicable to calls exceeding 60 minutes in duration. Rate is $.10 a minute thereafter.)
• Unlimited access for credit card, toll free and collect phone calls
• Incoming/Outgoing facsimilie
• One daily in-suite pot of coffee
• Delivery of USA Today newspaper (Monday-Friday)

Porterage, Gratuities and Amenities
• Maid: $3.00 per suite per day (suggested amount, at guest discretion)
• Porterage: $10.00 roundtrip per person (suggested amount, at guest discretion)
• Fitness Center: $15.00 per person per day (guest will only be charged if the facility is used)
• Oasis Water Park: $30.00 per suite per day (includes up to four wristbands, only charged if utilized by guest)
(Please note, there are six outdoor leisure and lap swimming pools available for use that do not require the additional water park fee.)

Wireless Internet
• For Station Style Guests ONLY a discounted rate of $7.00 per person per day will allow you wireless internet access throughout the resort, including in your suite and the meeting rooms (standard bandwidth applies.)
