The conference fee includes conference materials and food service: Sunday refreshment breaks; Monday continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks throughout the day, and refreshments and snacks at the early evening cocktail reception; Tuesday continental breakfast, morning refreshment breaks, and boxed lunch.

All registrations will be confirmed by e-mail. Attendees may pick up badges and conference materials at the Station Style Conference Registration Desk on Monday, May 4, beginning at 7 a.m. Pre-Conference registration will be available on Sunday, beginning at 8 a.m.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide cancellations by April 1, 2009, in writing to:

Fifty percent of your registration payment will be refunded. After April 1, 2009, no refunds will be issued. However, in either case, you may send a substitute from your organization.
