Registration & Fees
$495 Per Attendee includes beverages at the Thursday Evening Welcome Social; Friday continental breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and beverages and light hors d'oeuvres at the Friday Evening Cocktail Reception; and Saturday continental breakfast, boxed lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and beverages at the Saturday Evening Networking Social.
$99 Pre-Conference Track Per Attendee includes morning and afternoon refreshments on Thursday, choice of pre-conference track and station tour.
$99 Golf Tournament Per Attendee includes Wednesday Golf Tournament (1:00 p.m. shot-gun start) at Arizona Grand Golf Course, boxed lunch and prizes. (There is a STAND ALONE PURCHASE OPTION for the Golf Tournament if a seperate payment option is required by your company/department.)
Group Discount If three or more people register together for the conference, then you will receive a discount of $100.00 off each general registration fee. This discount will be applied automatically on the checkout screen.
All registrations will be confirmed by e-mail. Attendees may pick up their badges and conference materials at the Station Style Conference registration desk:
April 11: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
April 12: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
April 13: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Refund Policy
A 50% refund will be processed for any cancellation received by FIRE CHIEF'S Station Style Conference on or before March 1, 2013. Only written cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be processed after March 1, 2013. Please send cancellation requests via e-mail to kenna.skinner@penton.com. Substitutions within the same organization will be permitted at anytime.
