When exhaust removal systems in firehouses capture diesel exhaust emissions they expel the contaminants through ductwork into the air outside; the Inline Particulate Filter is positioned in the system’s ductwork to filter out the harmful carbon soot before it is released outdoors. The unit is factory-assembled and ready for on-site installation. It can be used with any exhaust removal system that has an exhaust fan and overhead ductwork. Housing is 16-gauge aluminized steel to provide corrosion and heat resistance for long life.
