The Swiftwater Rescue Committee of the National Association for Search and Rescue is seeking nominations for the 2000 Higgins and Langley Memorial Awards.

The awards recognize outstanding achievement in the field of swiftwater-flood rescue, from acts of heroism to developing training programs and public education efforts.
