Regarding "Unhealthy Firefighters Wanted," published in Command Post on Feb. 11, 2005:

Perhaps Mens Health would like to use an out of shape model, and do a before and after to show how we can improve our health.  It would only take 1 brave individual to bare himself on the cover and then dedicate a given time frame to change.  They could center the article on making healthy changes the correct way in lieu of trendy diets.  Having just finished my mandatory cardio workout not more than 10 minutes ago, I am a huge proponent of fitness in the fire service, and would like to see more departments get on board.  Thanks for the service that you are providing with this e-newsletter,
