IAFC's Accomplishments Not By Chance

In response to "Put This On Your List," published in Command Post, March 25, 2005:

I would like to add to your thoughts regarding the IAFC's many accomplishments.  They didn't happen by accident or chance. The IAFC has an awesome Strategic Plan developed through a consortia process composed of leaders from most of the State Fire Chiefs Associations.  As one of two reps from Idaho at the last Strategic Planning Session in Denver last October, I can vouch for the quality and credibility of the process.  The IAFC's Strategic Planning Session is the forum that develops the blueprint from which these accomplishments blossom.

Nothing like a good roadmap to get to where you want to go!

Happy Easter!
