ICE For Emergency Responders

In response to "ICE for Emergency Responders" by Janet Wilmoth, Editor, published in the Command Post on July 29, 2005:

Saw your recent article in Command Post. Thought you would like to know that the City of Frankfort, Ky., has been doing this for about a month.
We have had 25,000 small stickers printed to put on the back of cell phones to give responders a indicator that ICE information is stored. Here is a link to the news article.
