The Noble Training Center is holding a Healthcare Leadership and Administrative Decision-Making in Response to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Incidents course on Jan. 12, 2004.

The course provides exercise-based training to assist healthcare leaders and managers in developing the skills necessary for appropriate decision making in response to a WMD event. Among other things, participants will review and enhance their own emergency plans, particularly in regards to mass care/WMD, and will learn about the basic incident management framework for local, state and federal response.

The Noble Training Center became part of FEMA’s training efforts on March 1, 2003, with the creation of the Department of Homeland Security.
