Henry Acquires Kinetix

Kinetix, a fire and safety company that helps protect such government buildings as Independence Hall, the U.S. Holocaust Museum and the Blair House in Washington, D. C., has been acquired by John B. Henry & Associates Inc.<p>

“Joining John B. Henry gives us a strong entrée into the federal sector based on their certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business status,” says Nicholas J. Plante, Kinetix president. “We are now aligned with a company filled with deep executive talent that we can draw upon as we continue to grow.”<p>

Media, Pa.-based John B. Henry is a full-service project management and consulting firm that provides green building engineering and design, specializing in state and federal work.<p>
