Ryan Township pumper
The Ryan Township (Pa.) Fire Department recently took delivery of this custom pumper from KME Fire Apparatus. Built on a Predator Panther 100-inch chassis with 10-inch raised roof, the rig is outfitted with a 450-hp Cummins engine, Allison 3000 EVS five-speed automatic transmission, 2,000-gpm Hale QMax-200 pump, 1,000-gallon poly water tank, 162-inch Flushback body, and 10-kW Onan mobile PTO/HYD generator.

Winhall mini-pumper
The Winhall (Vt.) Volunteer Fire Department, recently took delivery of this highly customized Pierce mini pumper. The unit features a 750-gpm Hale pump, a 250-gallon tank with 30-gallon foam cell, Husky foam system, Control Zone system, electronic stability control, Side Roll Protection system, Tire Protection System, and VLH Caps. Custom features include special hatch compartmentation, special storage compartment replacing rear seat, dry hose storage reels for 1.75-inch hose above pump, extra mud flaps including Pierce rubber mud flaps behind front wheels and a Timberwolf mechanical siren.

Sedgwick County hazmat unit
The Sedgwick County (Kan.) Fire District No. 1 recently took delivery this walk around/in rescue from SVI Trucks for its hazmat team. The 22-foot aluminum rig features a curbside awning, two 1,000-pound transverse trays, two 400-pound trays, four 250-pound out/down trays, open storage, rear roof access ladder, four-upper body storage compartments and a 8-kW Command Light tower. The interior of the rig features a 10-foot slideout command wall, heavy-duty NFPA treadplate floors, seating for two people, interior cabinets, magnetic dry-erase boards, all metal and powder coated counter tops and cabinets, and roof-mounted HVAC.

The Grand Junction (Colo.) Fire Department recently took delivery of this Freedom short-style pumper from Smeal Fire Apparatus. Built on a MetroStar MFD chassis and cab, the unit is powered by a 400-hp Cummins ISL engine and Allison 3000EVP transmission. The rig features a 1,250-gpm Waterous pump, 500-gallon UPF Poly-Tank IIE, Waterous Eclipse CAFS with FoamPro 2001 proportioner, Akron deck gun, FRC Pump Boss pressure-sensing governor, hydraulic ladder rack, Firecom intercom system, GoLight remote-control search light, 8kW Onan hydraulic generator, Akron Brass cord reel, Knight Light 3,000-watt light tower, Whelen LED warning lights, and Bostrum seats.

The Torrance County (N.M.) Fire Department recently took delivery of this wildland unit from Rosenbauer America. The rig features HP-FIXMIX and Foam Pro 2001 foam systems, Hale EZ-Fill, TFT bumper turret, rear drop-down step, 750-gallon pump, 1,250-gallon tank, 30-gallon foam tank, 330-hp International MaxxForce9 engine, Allison EVP 3000 transmission, and Federal Signal warning lights.

Negley custom pumper
The Negley (Ohio) Volunteer Fire Department recently took delivery of this custom pumper from Sutphen Fire Apparatus. The unit features a 1,000-gpm Hale pump, 250-gallon rank, roll-up doors, Alco-Lite ladders, and Whelen LED emergency lighting.
