Kripplebush-Lyonsville Takes Delivery of Sutphen Engine

The Kripplebush-Lyonsville (N.Y.) Fire Department has taken delivery of a Sutphen engine.

The Kripplebush-Lyonsville (N.Y.) Fire Department has taken delivery of a Sutphen engine. The all-aluminum unit features a 400-hp Cummins ISL diesel engine, Allison EVS3000 transmission, rescue-style compartments that provide more than 300 cubic feet of storage space, Robertson roll-up doors, a 1,000- gallon Poly tank, 1,250-gpm Darley pump and CAF system, 7.5-kW FABCO hydraulic generator, four 750-WFire Research push-up lights, and On Spot automatic chains.
