NFA announces off-campus initiatives The National Fire Academy has announced several off-campus initiatives designed to provide better customer service to its constituencies. Two-day courses will be made available in hand-off format at the same time that they are available for selection in Direct Delivery and State Weekend Programs. The academy will send program notices by e-mail, followed by a hard copy mailing.

The nfa also will be using the cd format more frequently to distribute its program materials. In addition, state fire service training agencies will be enfranchised to make additional offerings of nfa classes.
