Call for Applications: Rolf Jensen Public Education Award

The National Fire Protection Association is taking applications for the Rolf H. Jensen Memorial Public Education Award through Feb. 11, 2005.

The award provides a $5,000 grant to support a community-wide fire and life safety education program or campaign. Funded by the RJA Group, the award is open to any fire department in the United States.

Pam King of Suffolk (Va.) Department of Fire and Rescue was awarded the 2004 Rolf H. Jensen award to support an effort to provide fire safety education for adults and children in Section 8 and public housing.
