New Mississippi Chief

Von Brown replaces Billy Whittington as chief of Richland, Miss., reports the Rankin Ledger. Brown will oversee the city's efforts to lower its ISO rating — Richland is a Class 6. The main component to lowering this rating is a new 250,000-gallon water tank, set for completion in the next few months.
