DHS Announces 9th Round of FPS Grants

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has announced the recipients of grants from the ninth round of the Fire Prevention and Safety Grant Program. Awards from this round of grants total $1.4 million.

Topping this list of grant recipients is the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, which will receive $1 million. Eight fire departments also will receive grants totaling approximately $400,000.
