Wednesday night includes a barbecue dinner and the creeper drag races. A vendor show is scheduled for Thursday afternoon, followed by a banquet dinner in the evening. All scheduled meals are included in the registration fee.

Students who want to take the EVTCC exams may do so on Friday morning if they have registered in advance with the EVTCC office.
