Firefighter Crushed to Death by Apparatus

A firefighter in New York was crushed and killed by an apparatus while participating in training at the station.

The incident occurred when the firefighter was caught between a portion of the apparatus and a ceiling beam in the fire station. The victim died of injuries sustained in the accident.
