Low, No-VOC Products Better for Environment

When buying or specifying products such as paint, adhesives, sealants and the like, always look for low- or no-VOC (Volatile Organic Content) on the label. VOCs are harmful to the environment when they are disposed of and break down in landfills. Most manufacturers now make equivalent products without VOCs that perform as well or better than those with organic content.
