AE Light recently introduced two new weapon lights. The AEWL2 weapon light is powered by U.S.A.-made Cree Q5 LED and produces 200 lumens powered by a 1-CR2 Lithium battery for 40 minutes. The AEWL2 is one of the smallest weapon lights in its class, the company said. The mini-sized pistol light is designed to mount on standard gun rails. Rotating the barrel facilitates use by either left- or right-handed users. The push-button switch is activated by the index finger for momentary or steady on.

The LED is mated to a polished and plated reflector to produce a clean spot beam for maximum illumination of your target. The AEWL2 produces 2150 LUX @ 3ft (1M) – 245 LUX @ 9ft (3M) with a peak beam intensity of 2205cd.  It has a clear beam distance of 300ft (94M) and a rating of IPX-8 (waterproof up to 3ft.  It is made of aircraft grade aluminum, with mil-spec black anodize coating it is impact resistant to 36in (1M) and comes with a two-year warranty, the company said.
