A wildfire north of Flagstaff, Ariz., is fully contained after burning more than 15,000 acres.The Schultz Fire burned more than 23 square miles of forest and cost more than $8.6 to fight, according to the Forest Service. The blaze was started June 20 by an abandoned campfire.
