Architect Reda Joins Hughes Group

J. Lynn Reda, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has joined Hughes Group Architects as a senior associate.

J. Lynn Reda, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has joined Hughes Group Architects as a senior associate.

A regular presenter at FIRE CHIEF's Station Style Conference, Reda will be the studio leader for fire, rescue, and 911 facilities. She has almost 20 years experience as an architect.

Prior to joining Hughes Group, Reda was the director of public-safety design for LeMay Erickson Willcox Architects, a position she held for seven years. During that time, she was responsible for more than 25 fire and rescue projects, ranging from feasibility, programming and design to construction. 

Several stations Lynn has designed have been recognized with national design awards, including Fontaine Avenue Fire Station No. 10 (Charlottesville, Va.), Germantown-Milestone Station No. 34 (Montgomery County, Md.), and Nokesville Volunteer Fire Station No. 25 (Bristow, Va).
