Dave McAlice began his fire service career in 1978 as a Firefighter / EMT. In 1982, he began working as a sales engineer for a regional fire truck builder in New England, and then in 1984 shifted to full time fire truck sales. In 1997, Dave joined E-One and developed their Aerial Team, overseeing sales of both aluminum and steel devices. In 2006, Dave transitioned to the Rosenbauer Group where he manages aerial sales throughout the Americas.
