FAMA President Turner Dies

Phil Turner, OEM sales manager for Command Light (SuperVac), passed away suddenly this week. Turner has been involved with the fire industry for a long time and was well-known for his commitment to the fire service and his friendly, quiet nature.

On Jan. 1, Turner had assumed the role of president for the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers Association. He was formerly employed by Elkhart Brass Co.

The family has requested that donations in memory of Phil Turner be sent to: Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Administration, 815 Market St., Galveston, TX 77550. Please note that the donation is in memory of Phil Turner.
