Red Diamond Closes its Doors

Red Diamond Fire Trucks, a division of Oilmen’s Truck Tanks, has ceased operations and will no longer build water tankers/tenders for the fire service. The company indicated that it would continue to support the Red Diamond line of equipment and all warranties associated with it.

In a prepared statement from the company, it thanked its customers and stated “Oilmen’s Truck Tanks has a long history of assembling tankers and water trucks. Red Diamond Fire Trucks was a division that evolved from Truck Tanks specifically to serve the fire industry. In an effort to more efficiently respond to and serve our existing Truck Tank customer base, we have chosen to refocus our efforts and resources on our core business. We are extremely proud of the equipment we produced bearing the Red Diamond name.”
