E-ONE Displays Roomier, Quieter Quest Cab

The new Quest custom cab from E-ONE was on display at FDIC. It features a new look, more interior space and several other features.

On the outside, the Quest has a curved, swept-back windshield for good forward and cornering visibility. Teardrop-shaped cab corner mirrors provide maximum side visibility and field of view. The mirrors have a polished finish and include integral clearance and turn signal features on the arms. Heated mirror heads include dash mounted power adjustment of the main mirror and convex sections.

Inside, the officer's position has more legroom and hip room. The air horn valve and other controls that are often mounted on the floor on this side have been relocated to a special position where they are more accessible and out of the way. Seating across the rear wall is designed for three evenly spaced seats to give firefighters more shoulder room and allow easier elbow movement. New doors are designed with better seals to reduce interior noise. Oversize door latches allow operation with gloved hands.
