Pierce announced an expanded service training schedule for 2009. Classes will now be offered at Appleton, Wis.; Bradenton, Fla. and Las Vegas, Nev.

Classes include instruction on chassis electrical, aerial maintenance, air conditioning, foam systems, preventive maintenance and many other topics. The primary focus is on those systems and components found on Pierce and Medtec vehicles, but much of the instruction can be applied to other apparatus.

Most of the classes will be offered several times at the main Pierce facility in Appleton, Wis., during the period of January through August. Many of the classes will also be offered at Las Vegas in February and at Bradenton in April.
