NFPA Issues Driver Training Standard

NFPA 1451, Fire Service Vehicle Operation Training Program, is now available.

The new standard was issued in 2007 and provides guidelines and requirements for training fire and rescue vehicle drivers. Departments can order a copy of the new standard from NFPA at 800-344-3555 or www.nfpacatalog.org
