Hale last week unveiled upgrades to its SafeBuy suppression-agent delivery system last week at FDIC 2011.
The upgrades include new bezels for the pump panel. The bezels are available in chrome and black, and they are also available powder coated in various colors to help identify different gauges. All color label inserts conform to NFPA 1901 standards.
Hale also debuted its anodized, HP series portable pumps. These pumps are proven to operate in brackish and salt-water environments. They feature a rotating discharge valve for quick and easy hose layout, and an exclusive band clamp design for quick and easy access for maintenance and repairs
The new Class 1 UltraView line of displays will also be exhibited at Hale’s booth. The displays feature a fully modular design that allows users to customize more than 100 parameters for electronic engine monitoring and diagnostics. The flexibility and reliability of the UltraView displays make them an ideal fit for Hale’s SafeBuy system.
Class 1’s new “classic” looking backlit, liquid-filled pressure gauges provide a brightly illuminated and clearly marked gauge for increased visibility under extreme fire incident conditions. The Class 1 rugged design allows for steady needle viewing under pulsation and vibration normally seen on fire apparatus
