Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. has received a 2008 American Business Award for "Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program" in the nation. The award was given in recognition of the company's philanthropic initiative, Fireman's Fund Heritage. In the past four years, Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. has donated more than $18 million to more than 1,000 fire departments nationwide.
