E-ONE named Fire Service Inc. as its new dealer for northern and central Indiana, northern Illinois, and western Ohio.

Shawn Junker, general manager of Fire Service, has provided fire apparatus service in the area since 1991 and has sold apparatus for another manufacturer since 2004.

“I have always felt that sales sells the first truck, but great service and customer relations are crucial to follow-up orders,” said Junkers.

Fire Service has facilities in St. John, Ind., and Columbus, Ind. with 11 service technicians and five mobile service trucks. The sales staff includes two regional sales managers and eight sales representatives.
