Akron Brass has upgraded its line of electric, hydraulic and booster hose reels with new finishes and new configurations.

The Akron electric rewind electric cord reel may now be specified with a narrow reel that reduces the overall assembly width to just 13.5 inches. Two reels can be nested side-to-side in only 27 inches to take advantage of narrow mounting spaces and to maximize the remaining compartment space. Other sizes are available.

The Akron hydraulic hose and booster hose reels are now available with chrome-plated reel finishes for customers who prefer bright trim. The hydraulic hose reel holds up to 100 feet of dual ¼-inch hydraulic hose. The booster hose reel holds up to 250 feet of ¾-in hose or 150 feet of 1-in hose. Several sizes may be specified.

All Akron reels carry five-year warranties and the internal components have been tested with 2-to-1 safety factors to handle momentary overloads.
